I’m from Indianapolis and we are Indianapolis’ Craft BBQ! We’ve been in business since 2015 and opened our first location at the Indianapolis City Market in 2017. We competed and won on Bite Club a Food Network show hosted by Tyler Florence. In 2021 we opened our stand alone location on the East side of Indianapolis. I have competed at the World Food Championships for three years and have come close to getting on stage. I’ve worked with Conquest Racing a team at the Ferrari Challenge I love cooking at the track!
