Chef Cole Padgett is the Executive Chef of Taxman Hospitality Group. He found his love of food and food science throughout high school, then decided to actually make a career of it in his mid 20's. He graduated from Ivy Tech Community College's Culinary Center in downtown Indianapolis. He applied to Taxman Fortville right out of college and has been working his way up ever since. He believes in flavor and enjoying ingredients in their purest form; cultivating these purposes into a comfortable and satisfying experience for any guest!
