Joshua Huffman is an Indianapolis based chef who has been cooking professionally for over 20 years. He is a 2011 graduate of L’Ecole Culinaire Culinary School in St. Louis, MO, where he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management. He believes in simple ingredients, traditional French techniques, and gravitates towards the flavors and traditions of the American South.
