His remarkable leadership skills and culinary expertise have helped him cultivate a culture of excellence and advancement within Punch Bowl Social, allowing them to grow their menu offerings while adhering to the always fresh, scratch kitchen standard. Chef Sam Bagosy was featured on TV (Fox 59) as the Executive Chef at the Bulldog, otherwise known as Butler University’s neighborhood Bar & Grill. He prefers to work with a diverse staff and strives to create a Team atmosphere, truly making the Heart of the House one of the most successful departments at Punch Bowl Social.
