Bio: Our family started Papa’s Pizzeria & Italian cuisine in 2014 to provide new York style pizza by the slice and Italian dishes to the small town of Brownsburg. Our goal is to provide fresh local ingredients in every dish we make. 2022 is like a new beginning for our family because after being closed for dine-in for two years due to COVID, we are plan to reopen with an updated menu and also introduce traditional cuisine from our home country of Peru. We are bringing back some of our most popular dishes like Pollo A La Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken), Lomo Saltado, and Ceviche for people to enjoy, and we will continue to add more.
