Paco’s Taqueria is more than a Mexican restaurant. We’re a vibrant, authentic, cultural hub where people can come together to eat, drink, and be merry. For more than a decade, we’ve been perfecting our craft and serving Indianapolis diners some of the best, freshest Mexican food in the area.
At just 14 years old, Seni Gonzalez journeyed to the U.S. from Mexico in pursuit of family and opportunities.
Initially settling in Chicago, she later made the move to Indianapolis. In 2014, pooling her savings with a friend, Seni founded Paco’s Tacos. What started with just Seni, a cook, and her friend as a part-time helper; has flourished into four bustling locations across Indianapolis, alongside a renowned food truck.
Now diners across Indianapolis can experience a taste of Mexico for themselves, all while supporting a hardworking family-owned business.
