Kim Harvey created Kim's Key Lime Products in the year 1994 and introduced them at The International Fancy Food Show at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.

Since then she has sold her products to Nordstrom, Macy's, Stein Marts, airport gift shops, Calvin Klein cosmetics, and more!

Her product line now includes key lime cookies, chocolates, mango salsa, cake, pie, and Kim's Key Lime Margaritas and Vodka Lemonade.
