Bio: Michael Conley has built upon the basics through his knowledge and understanding of classic ingredients from his formal east-coast culinary college background to create The Restaurant at Kan-Kan's innovative New American cuisine. Chef Conley has worked alongside some of the great minds of the Indianapolis Chef scene including Abbi Merriss and Carlos Salazar, as he continues to hone his passion. Bringing new life to each menu rotation, he selects fare that pairs thoughtfully with the films that are being shown in our 3 theaters.
