Kathy Jones, Director of Culinary Operations for Iozzo’s Hospitality Group, has had an extensive culinary career. Originally from Florida, where she cultivated a lifelong appreciation for fresh seafood and sustainability, Jones has been a prominent figure in the Indianapolis culinary world for decades. She has held executive chef positions at numerous restaurants, including Island Café, Coconut Cove, Iozzo’s Garden of Italy, and Salt on Mass. Jones also served as the Executive Chef for Second Helpings, a non-profit organization she has supported for over 20 years.

Jones began at Iozzo’s as the opening executive chef for Iozzo’s Garden of Italy in 2009. After five years, she relocated to Sitka, Alaska, where she was the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director for two hotel properties.

Her career is decorated with accolades, including Celebrity Chef for REV in 2022, the State of Indiana Lieutenant Governor’s Hoosier Service Award in 2018, and Best New Restaurant awards for both Iozzo’s Garden of Italy (2009) and Salt on Mass Ave (2017).
