Executive Chef Matt Wahl brings over 20 years of experience to the kitchen at HC Tavern + Kitchen in Fishers, where he has served as executive chef for the past year and a half. Originally from Indianapolis, Matt started his culinary journey as a dishwasher at a country club after attending culinary school in Louisville. He honed his skills at Sullivans, advancing from prep cook to executive chef and playing a key role in opening new restaurants. Passionate about teaching and working with his team, Mat loves helping guests celebrate special moments. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and going to concerts.
