Bio: Fresko was created with the idea to bring traditional Italian Dishes along with Latin American Street Food to the Indianapolis Area. My family and I have a long history of being in the restaurant industry, more specifically in Italian Cuisine and since we come from the country of Peru we have always had the passion to bring our ideas to this area and so the concept of Fresko was born. At Fresko we offer traditional Italian Dishes made fresh to order, but more importantly, we are focusing on bringing a variety of Latin Street foods that are not found in Indy as much.
