Chef Ken got his start in the culinary world with the US NAVY, where he honed his cooking skills in the Captain and Officers Mess Deck. After working in the corporate world, he returned to cooking when he and his wife, Sharon, opened their catering business. The focus has always been home style cooking but healthy and affordable for everyone. They have a couple of signature items like Chicken Tikka Tacos and their Cajun Cream Shrimp and Grits. Sharon is originally from Singapore so they try to create a fusion of classic American or Asian dishes. Catch them around town in their Food Truck too!
