Chef Cindy Hawkins has been in the pastry/restaurant industry for more than 25 years, operating Circle City Sweets for the last 19. In addition to working as a pastry chef, Chef Hawkins is also the President of Team Indiana Inc., supporting food sport and mentoring of the future generations of chefs.
