Chef Cindy Hawkins is the Pastry Chef and Owner of Circle City Sweets and the 2025 World Food Championships Dessert Champion. She opened Circle City Sweets in 2006 and is located in the AMP at 16 Tech, providing pastries and breads to the top coffee shops, cafes and restaurants in Central Indiana.
