✈️ Determined to explore beyond his roots, Marcos moved to the United States to attend Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned a degree that launched him into a successful 19-year career in international business. His professional journey, involving extensive travel to 23 countries, enabled him to import a wealth of knowledge on specialty crops and global culinary traditions.
