Bio: Inspired by global cuisine yet firmly grounded by strong Indiana roots, chef Alan Sternberg was a two-time Rising Star Chef of the Year Semifinalist in the 2016 & 2018 Restaurant and Chef Awards. With an eye for design and an application for local ingredients, Alan has become known for creative food that is as beautiful as it is delicious. His modern take on Midwestern cuisine has been featured in many publications throughout the country.
