Bio: Chef Amy Von Eiff is the Owner and Executive Chef at A Cut Above Catering | Classes | Events, serving the greater Indianapolis, IN metropolitan area. Chef Amy has an extensive culinary background with formal training at Ivy Tech and studies abroad throughout Italy. Chef Amy’s extensive event-related experience led her and her husband Dave to start A Cut Above in 2010, which has grown to prominence as one of the top caterers in Indiana, with expanded services into event planning, culinary education and facility rental.
