Bio: James Mockerman is a seasoned professional with 34 years of experience in the culinary world. Originally from Indiana, his upbringing in a military family allowed him to experience life across the globe. James began his culinary journey as a busser at the age of 15 and steadily climbed the ranks in the kitchen. His impressive career includes executive chef roles at renowned establishments like Morton's, Sullivan's, and Ruth's Chris Steak House. He most recently held the position of General Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse and Director of Operations for Clustertruck before landing with Huse Culinary last year. Beyond the kitchen, James cherishes the camaraderie built with colleagues, forming friendships that span a lifetime. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with family on their boat, engaging in summer activities like camping, hunting, and fishing. An avid racing enthusiast, James has attended Indy car, Stock car, and Formula One races multiple times and is excited to be a part of his first Rev event this year.
